RJ Ellis, PhD
Director of DS & Strategy @ RadiantGraph

Creating quality campaigns that drive action and encourage members to take the next step in their health journey is crucial, but difficult to achieve when health is extremely personal to the individual. RadiantGraph delivers on the mission to create scalable systems in which healthcare organizations can bring personalized experiences to their members. Implementing something like RadiantGraph can take a lot of time and funds to accomplish internally, but being able to do so in a matter of months is a game changer for growth, engagement, and retention efforts.”

The Story Behind “RadiantGraph”

RADIANT has multiple meanings, all of which resonate with us: “sending out light” (i.e., helping to illuminate complex problems in new ways); being “bright with joy” (i.e., how we aspire to treat our clients, and how we want them to feel when working with us); and a “source from which rays” (of ideas, insights, and solutions) emanate.

GRAPH means multiple things, too: the “common” meaning of visually representing information in a clear and compelling way (and part of the essence of good data science); the more “advanced” meaning (used in computer science and mathematics) describing the mapping out of complex relationships and dependencies between objects; and even its original meaning in Greek: the capturing of ideas in written form, thus making them accessible to others.

Our logo plays off both of these concepts. Its technical term is an astroid (which has the same Greek origin as the word asteroid — meaning “star-like”); so it’s literally a “star-like graph”.

And when you look at how it’s drawn, your mind might be whisked back to childhood days spent playing with a Spirograph. We like that mental image, too: a set of tools that inspires creativity.

So what happens when these concepts are joined together — not just in a name and a logo, but an entire platform? Quite a lot, we think.

We’d love to show you.

We’re all healthcare consumers.
